Greetings! I’m Elin. As a certified doula, I believe that every person deserves a supported and empowering birth experience, whatever that looks like to them. My goal is to provide non-judgmental, evidence-based physical, emotional, and informational support to you and your family throughout your pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum period.
My services are designed around your unique needs and birth preferences. I am here to serve as your consistent, reassuring presence, helping you navigate decisions with confidence and ensuring your voice is heard every step of the way. I strive to foster a calm and confident environment so you can focus on the amazing experience of bringing your baby into the world.

Childbirth Education Class
Includes
First prenatal visit where we’ll dive into your preferences after evidenced-based education on all your options for labor, birth and postpartum. We’ll create your unique birth preferences document that you can bring to the hospital with you.
Second Prenatal visit at 34-36 weeks where we'll review and make any necessary changes then move onto prenatal planning and practicing labor positions.
Unlimited texts and phone calls for any questions or concerns—I'm here for you every step of the way!
On-call from 37 weeks on- I'm ready to support you continuously from the moment you call me to head to the hospital until approximately an hour postpartum.
Postpartum follow up visit where we'll meet again approximately a week after your baby's birthday to process the birth, celebrate your new arrival and ensure everything is going smoothly!

Placenta Encapsulation
About:
Our Childbirth Education class is a semi-private, 8-hour comprehensive course divided into two sessions of 4 hours each. While it is encouraged for the birthing parent to bring a partner, it is not mandatory. The class is limited to four birthing teams, ensuring a personalized experience and allowing for meaningful discussions. The class is based on the Lamaze curriculum and is divided into three units: labor and birth, comfort measures, and life with baby.

Two 4-hour sessions in a private and cozy environment with refreshments provided
A workbook aligned with the curriculum offering space for notes, activities, and reflections
Make and Take tools designed for comfort during labor
Includes:
Placenta transport kit hand delivered to your home prior to your birth
Two days of the safe encapsulation of your placenta
Education about the anatomy of your placenta and its purpose
~100-150 placenta capsules in a glass jar
Optional tincture (for an added fee)
Cord keepsake
